Important information regarding health and doctors in my specific county
This is what I know to be the best way to get the proper treatment
In my county, many doctors that are good doctors tend to leave this county for one reason or another but the best way to make sure anyone is getting the proper treatment is to take what the doctor tells you or prescribes you and research it yourself on Perplexity.ai because Doctors are supposed to go by 70% family history and 30% diagnostic so if your Doctor isn't listening to you then you have to be your own advocate for yourself because every person is different and Doctors only give you their educated opinions which shouldn't be dismissed but should be verified by research in case they don't listen to what you are telling them. You could say they tend to stereotype people rather than treating each patient as an individual and giving educated advice any of which could be wrong in some areas and right in others but they should all be great active listeners because if they aren't then they are just going off of the 30% diagnostic part of diagnosing a patient. This is why I always research any medicine I am prescribed before even taking it, and I only take them when they are necessary. Doctors tend to overperscribe antibiotics just to make the patient feel as thou they are doing something because it seems odd that pain doctors in this area only want to continue seeing patients if they come in every month or refer them to other doctors. If they are just in the field due to status or money then they have a conflict of interest. Most doctors get into their field to help people but somewhere along the way they get corrupted or move away from this area. This is why I always seek medical treatment outside of my county because the neighboring counties level of care is better than my county's medical care. I'm not sure whose to blame whether it's the medical boards or the manuals they have to adhere to but my question would be, who wrote those guidebooks and is their information helping people get better or are they just putting band-aids on symptoms and not trying to get to the underlying cause of anyone's problems.
One things I have also learned is that isolation in the young and old lead to mental health problems like dementia, and medical conditions. Isolation also leads to the radicalization of people who are desperately searching for belonging and sometimes they find the worst types of people or groups that accept them then they indoctrinate them with their extreme beliefs. There is also a lack of transparency in the medications some of the people who commit the school shootings are either bullied, isolated, or are on anti-depressants that have a very profound effect on developing minds that's why they don't tell the public what meds these kids or even adults were on bc it would be bad PR for the pharmaceutical industry so they often leave that information out when talking to the press, so withholding information is another bad practice of the media or big pharma.
We are the most connected society ever yet people are also more lonely than ever whether it's being alienated or stigmatized by our own families or friends but what I keep telling people is COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT is vital during this time of misinformation and having healthy respectful debates shouldn't be a thing of the past so watch the ted talk by celeste headless about 10 ways to have a better conversation over and over until it is understood well
and hopefully we will all begin to learn that being wrong is the only way to actually learn what the right answer is, and what truly defines a person is how they handle being wrong. No one succeeds the first time, it takes many failures to learn what works and what doesn't and the people with the least experience should not be giving advice about things they don't know about, it's not a bad thing to say "I don't know" because at least that would be an honest answer.
