Latest Resources to combat the Voice cloning and AI scams, or report fraudulent activity/calls and businesses

FCC Complaint form - if you or someone you know has been victimized by a scam robocall by an AI generated voice of any nature the FCC is trying to combat this as well as they can and I read in an article last night about this so I thought I'd include all the relevant complaint websites I used as collection of all the proper authorities you may notify should you receive such calls or need them for various reasons.

National Do not call Registry - everyone who does not which to receive any telemarketing calls on their phone or cell phone should register here.

FTC to report fraud - Federal Trade Commission to report any scams or fraud commited against you

FBI Internet Crime Division - If you feel you were the victim of any internet based crime such as voice cloning scams, any kind of bank fraud based over the internet this is where you would start your complaint.

BBB or Better Business Bureau - this is where to file a complaint against a business that may be BBB accredited or go to their main page at BBB.org to see if the business has even been BBB accredited at all.

If you want to try and trace the number that called you I have had good luck with SpyDialer which has always led me back to different VOIP services which you can google and then contact about any abuse of their services.   In my tracing I found that a lot of mine were coming from SINCH VOIP out of several different cities in Arkansas and once I emailed them they were very quick and kind and just let me know which apps those #'s belonged to which in my case was TextMeNow, TextFree, and Pinger.  I then forwarded all the emails to the courts because I knew it was out of my hands from there on. That's them, and Phone Validator may work as well.

One other thing you might do to check to see if your emails integrity is go to HaveIbeenPwned to see if your email has been a part of any data breach on record and if so and you hadn't changed your email password recently, then I would asap if after putting your email in the search it brings up any results.

There are a ton of other tools and things the security conscience person might want to be aware about these days and I'm right there with you so if you find my resources helpful just leave me a comment or even contact me with any questions and I'd be more than happy to steer you in the right direction.

Another place you can find my profile and the 1,200 questions I answered in the fields i'm most knowledgeable in is Quora .
