I found this video to be quite interesting and also horrifying at the same time PLC audio over powerlineIt obviously would take some very intricate knowledge of the power grid and some specialized equipment but if anyone who knows what they are doing can do this what's to stop them from going around and doing this to anyone they want?......
If anyone knows of any good ways to make this type of listening and audio transmissions stop for one home on the power grid I would love to know how to stop it but I'm sure a call to my power company and having them come out and make sure any and all audio over powerline cannot come it my family's home's powerlines hopefully would put a stop to that or put some filters or blockers in would be helpful as well.

Something of this nature installed here would be very helpful to eliminate one very real possibility.

So if someone had the knowledge and expertise to do these things they could essentially control every aspect even listening to passwords, know their every move and even broadcast intrusive thoughts very quietly throughout the night, disturbing someone to the point of suicide in theory. So all of this is in the realm of TOTALLY possible with just a few experts in the fields of electricity and cellular networks.
Also since GSM bugs (a quick search on google or ebay will show you some, Temu might show even more) are very cheap (like 20-40$) for the fairly noticeable ones, if they placed these in vehicles they could further torment someone even in the vehicle they drive but with a device that acts like a cell phone (GSM bug) but has no screen or wifi to drain it's battery it's possible for one to last for years without recharging I would think and since everyone has to have a vehicle to go places and do things and if a cloned phone watched everything they do on their cell phone (which is a necessity these days, the cell phone ofc), and not even feel safe at home where privacy is an absolute must and a right for everyone to feel safe and anything they say or do within their own walls to stay private like it states in the Reasonable Expectation of Privacy which comes from the use of dealing with stalkers in particular which has become a much bigger issue due to many remote work from home workers have entered the workforce due to the covid pandemic, I also used to be a remote work from home worker as well....
If someone or a group could do all these things and targeted one person in particular, I'd have to wonder why they would be willing to break so many laws just to do this to one person. It must be either a very intentional , criminal act or a dumb one that they continued to do because they thought they would succeed or get away with it all together.
