All the Ted talks that I believe will help people have better lives

 What makes a good life?

This Ted Talk confirms what I already believed to be true, good relationships

will indeed make a person healthier, reduce stress, but they have to be

good quality relationships where you feel that the other person

in that relationship whether it be a friend or in a marriage truly

has your back even in the worst of times, those relationships regardless

of how much they may quarrel still if they know they will be there

when you need them the most it made no difference in their overall happiness

this is why I feel its so important for those whom I thought would have my

back whether wrong or right have continued to sadden me and it's literally

killing me in a sense.  There is literally nothing I could change in the past year

that would have made the outcome different.  I treated everyone exactly as

I still treat them today. This Ted Talk about Stress particularly spoke out

to me about all the stressful experiences I have been thru.
