It leaked and luckily I had my little shampooer to soak up the water until the head of maintenance came to put this in...

Does that look like an HVAC sized drain hose for an a/c condenser unit?

This was how bad the drain fly problem was for months....

This is the crack in the balcony in 817-14 that probably didn't get fixed...
