My truths are universal, and I encourage everyone to verify even what they already believed to be true..

 Check your facts and anything anyone tells you so you have at least 2 sources before you believe anything...

      Most narcissistic personality types won't want you to check their facts and the way they get you to just believe them is with their words and story without ever verifying anything.  These types might also get angry when confronted with the truth because when you have facts or evidence to back you up, they no longer have anything to say and get frustrated because they no longer know what to do to get you to simply believe what they say.  This is why I say question everything and do your research because so few actually do the work/research before trying to spread their stories or truth, even online but the narcissist's are taking advantage of the supportive people's gullible nature and never anticipate that  you might learn the truth for yourself, but this is why so many of them isolate who they are with so they control all the information that is presented to them, which is why having friends or people with different viewpoints is crucial for a well-rounded perspective of anything.  For example, in the pharmaceutical industry when they do clinical testing on their drugs yet only the positive trials are published in peer reviewed journals, what should that tell the doctors and the people who are sold these medicines?  That they are only being given part of the information instead of all of it.  There are just as many negative trials done that are never published or even heard about at all at about a rate of 36 positive to 32 negative but the rate that is published is about 36 positive to 4 negative.

      This is the main reason why I have a healthy skeptism about anything I read or learn online and why I always verify what I learn from as many places or people as possible, this is also why people get 2nd and 3rd opinions before having a surgery because every doctor is just another expert opinion and no one knows everything but some sure act like they do and they also don't listen to other's opinions or perspectives at all.

     In my life, my parents were always working or too busy to ever help me with anything so I learned how to find good accurate information myself.  The other main difference between me and them is when some presents me with information that contradicts what I know, I listen then I verify that their information is accurate instead of just dismissing what they say or belittling them for their beliefs either, that is how you truly listen to understand and not just to reply.  I'm also very emotionally intelligent as well and can pick up on many subtle cues that other narcissist's don't see because they are too busy saying things to see even body language.  The only thing they are good at is speaking confidently, but I am good at that too but when no one listens or hears your side that does not mean you are incorrect, it just means no one will hear you out and find out when your words have more merit than another persons.

      One last thing to ponder, if narcissism is common and narcissist's don't tend to choose others like themselves because they would be the hardest to bend to their will and it would be a constant power struggle which in turn creates a very toxic enviornment for people or children to be in, so instead they pick the supportive, caring, listeners and they are much easier to convince over time that they are correct without any evidence or outside opinions.   This is why I say isolation and lack of friends in any relationship or marriage is not a good sign that its healthy but a sign that someone doesn't want their beliefs or truth to be challenged.  Even with self confidence the grandiose narcissist's of this world still have a very fragile ego which they do everything to keep that hidden especially from their partners who believe them without verifying anything, searching for facts or evidence that back them up either.

      There's nothing inherently bad about narcissism but when it lacks empathy for others then it starts to become like the world we live in today, where everyone thinks they know it all and never searches for the truth.

Do your research and find out if what I say is true,  I have no problem with being fact checked or my truth verified by anyone.  If you find it's true, share it with everyone you know on any platform, the truth should be this hard to spread .. but it is.
