How hard is it to obtain one's own cell phone records from AT&T?

     Ok it's now been at least 3 months of me asking for my cell phone records from my old number 4792646772 from my parents and have yet to get that to proceed in legal action against those responsible for what happened to me from June to December of 2023.  I have asked and asked and asked I need the help of anyone who knows how to proceed when I have contacted my lawyer 9 times and 2 times just recently and as of today Febuary 16th, 2024 I went by his office and sent one more request for a consultation while in the meantime have also contacted another lawyer per the police's advice.  My parents need to know that keeping me from my cell phone records for any amount of time is obstruction of Justice because I cannot find out the truth ONE WAY OR ANOTHER if they are preventing me from getting justice for what happened to me and only me.  They have made up their minds it seems and will not do anything to help me except socially isolate me just like the people that I am trying to press charges against.   I need any advice on how to convince them and get them to actually understand and not just talk AT ME and actually listen because just like when I was at what was my familys apartment complex that is now sold and under new management,  I have figured out these people are likely using GSM bugs to continue to harass me even here at my mom's house a mile away and clearly heard all of their cloned voices with my music playing loud, they cannot tell where I'm at, yet my parents dismiss any attempt I show them and don't seem to care that I know that it is in fact happening.
