How to effectively use email is very important this is why....

When we are in a time where if you have android you can selectively delete messages or even create fake Iphone messages if you know all of the info on the person's screen, email has date and time stamps and sent emails stay in a folder just like drafts.  They also allow a person to think about what they say and what's funny is I just found out today you can selectively delete regular messages on android devices because the Head of maintenance tried to do just that but little did he know I had already taken screenshots of certain things he said as well as post the entire text thread so if you notice the discrepancy then you know he tried to hide his statements he made to me because the screenshots and link are on one blog post where I show where the management was told about things but they also never responded or admitted they were wrong.
