The amount of fines and years if the ones I believe are guilty are caught

 Video Voyeurism 15 years 5000$ fine per count @ 240 days = 3,600 years and $18,000,000 in fines if it is a per day count

 Audio Voyeurism is 5 year 5000$ fine per count

Impersonating a Police officer is a 1 year 2,500$ fine per count

one person (Kyle) did at least 20 times which would be 20 years and 50,000$ in fines in the first 3 months of this 8 month ordeal

the other would have to be calculated by using my journal..... which has the most accurate account of the amount of times the other 3 or 4 had impersonated persons of authority.  Especially Chief Detective Josh Titsworth's since their voice clone of him has gotten so refined they could wreak havoc with that cloned voice.

Sexual Harassment by LaTisha Holland if I had my cell phone records for the year or at least from april to december.

Harassment by David Shawn Jones at least once at mcb's if my mother had asked deborah who witnessed the event happen or gotten the camera footage from that night.

at least 2 -3 counts of Criminal conspiracy of attempted murder (by suicide) which is a 10 year 5,000$ fine per count.

All fines would go straight to the city the crimes were committed in.
