What would you do if a loved one—be it a family member, co-worker, or friend—was in distress and sought legal and mental health support, yet every person they relied on dismissed their concerns repeatedly? This individual’s family could have assisted in gathering evidence, such as video footage or voicemail messages from a neighbor, but instead chose to disregard their claims, insisting that it was all in their head.

Several years ago, Judy slandered my name on Facebook, a fact I confirmed with LaTisha, who later asked her mother to remove the post. Judy had never met me and didn’t even know what I looked like. This raises serious questions about her motivations. LaTisha also assured me that neither she nor her mother would discuss me with Taylor. However, Taylor later revealed in messages—evidence that the police possess—that she had multiple interactions with Judy and LaTisha, including a video chat where she mentioned a fictitious bipolar medication called Zamzar and her vaping habits. During this conversation, I noticed she had a chipped tooth.

I sought closure by asking Taylor how she had improved, believing that if she truly wanted to be left alone, a single conversation would suffice. I supported her through difficult decisions, yet she seems oblivious to the emotional distress her actions have caused me, compounded by my family's dismissive behavior. I am exhausted from being honest and truthful, only to be ridiculed by my mother and mistreated by my father, with my family providing no answers or explanations.

My interactions with my family have been overwhelmingly negative, while I maintain good relationships with others. After researching this situation for over a year, I feel knowledgeable about what I need. I shared an unlisted YouTube video detailing my needs with my family, but only two of them viewed it. My sister Kristen responded negatively, which only reinforced my frustrations. I could easily remind her of her own past struggles, but I choose not to.

My parents are entrenched in their beliefs, dismissing any new information that contradicts their views. Their refusal to engage with differing perspectives has led to a breakdown in communication and understanding.

July 6 Update:

I was having a great day until I went to my mother's house to water my garden. While I was vacuuming the storage room with my shop vac, my mom said I scared her. I responded, "Do I need to text you beforehand to let you know what I'm doing?" She simply replied, "Just go home."

It's disheartening to watch her listen to my sister share her problems and receive hugs, while I feel nothing but disdain from her. If anyone is toxic in this situation, it’s certainly her. My dad is equally at fault for remaining passive; I don't care what he says about my mom being right—when she’s wrong, someone needs to tell her. All she hears are opinions from those who either agree with her or are too afraid to disagree, like her employees. She resembles Gbob more than she realizes and needs a wake-up call from the family, but given their dismissive nature, that’s unlikely to happen.

I genuinely hope she isn't counting on a favorable outcome in her next life, as she doesn't practice any of the teachings from the Bible. If she continues to judge others and show empathy only to my sister, she might find herself facing dire consequences. For anyone reading this, they are the main reason I struggle to improve myself. Their toxic negativity is something I no longer wish to endure. It’s astonishing to see her support my sister, who needs no assistance, while she bullies, mocks, and demeans me daily.

This is why I reacted the way I did; I left and won’t return until they leave for their vacation. Perhaps they will have an epiphany during their trip, or more likely, they will continue to belittle me, demonstrating that confirmation bias is real and their worldview is so narrow that they refuse to consider any other perspective.

July 5 Update:

I’m increasingly realizing that people I thought might judge me often possess better values than my family. They should reflect on the plank in their own eye rather than focusing on the splinter in mine, as the Bible advises. My parents seem to find joy only in thoughts of death or the afterlife. In contrast, I help others, often charging less than competitors to save them money, or simply listen to their problems, yet I am dismissed, bullied, and demeaned.

Eventually, they will understand when they see how well I’m doing—meeting new people, helping others, and judging them not by their choices but by how they treat others. I believe in the golden rule: if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all. Despite my good deeds, I receive no recognition while enduring mistreatment from some very negative individuals.

Some people are so narrow-minded that their only response is to say "whatever" or walk away without listening or explaining their feelings. Perhaps they need to attend a camp to reevaluate how they have treated their own son over the past year and a half. They have not taken more than 5-10 minutes to hear my side, nor do they engage with my ideas or my YouTube channel. They should not dictate my fate since they refuse to understand or empathize with me.

Last Update - July 1, 2024:

I finally confided in someone I trust about my belief that my struggles stem from my family dynamics rather than my recovery process. Their dismissive behavior and the lingering effects of my grandfather’s abusive behavior within my mother’s family contribute to my feelings of isolation. I don’t blame them, but I am disappointed that they haven’t made an effort to help me find the truth or support me, knowing I am honest to a fault.

I shared my thoughts on the importance of support and understanding. If only my family would watch a couple of TED Talks on finding truth in a post-truth world and improving communication skills, they might learn to listen actively without blame or dismissal. The silent treatment they often employ feels like a form of gaslighting, making me feel unimportant and isolated.

Despite these challenges, I have developed resilience and know I will make new friends in the future. I have also felt a strange sensation of being watched in my room, but I will let the appropriate authorities handle that situation. Those responsible for my distress should face the consequences of their actions, which have made me feel like a victim for the past year.

I have learned about the insidious nature of these behaviors, often facilitated by technology that is illegal to use for such purposes. I fear more people could become victims if these actions are not addressed. As AI continues to take over jobs, I worry that some individuals may resort to manipulating others for entertainment. **Update 5/8/2024: Now that I have my cell phone records I am certain of many things that I was previously suspicious of and all I was looking for was the truth and to simply speak with Taylor face to face before I have my first legal consult about a civil suit.

If she checks her facebook messenger from an old manager of hers or this blog she will see my phone # there. I would prefer not to have to include her unlike latisha and Judy did and would only like some privacy to talk to her alone about the truth about what happened in 2023. Now that I have went thru those records they are likely to face these charges according to perplexity.ai
